課程概述 |
The seminars will expose students to a variety of topics and issues associated with agricultural and applied economics as well as serve as a platform to for everyone in the class to share and get feedback of their research. |

課程目標 |
The overarching goal of the course is to help students to choose their thesis topic and develop their ability to conduct independent research. Students' active participation is expected and the key for the success of the course. The discussions are expected to help the students to develop their research proposals, which are required as a deliverable of the course. |

為提供各位參與課堂討論之動機，專題演講中向講者提問或給予建議者，請於課後至課程網站上之作業區紀錄問題或建議，以及摘要講者之回應，一個問題或建議可獲得0~20分。另外，請每位博士班同學分享自己完成碩士論文經驗，或是給碩士班同學的建議。
研究計畫書須至少包含研究動機、問題、資料，以及(實證)方法。計畫書需於6/25中午12點前email給授課教師或指導老師。若選擇將計畫書寄給指導老師者，請同樣於6/25中午12點email給授課教師表示已將計畫書寄給指導老師。
若有需要請假，除可提出證明之突發狀況外，請於事前email與授課教師請假。若有未請假缺席之情況，課堂參與以零分計算。 |
